Fall

I've been a little sad saying good-bye to summer, especially since it seems like it was extra-short this year! But -- I do love Fall, and September has been super nice, so...I guess I can officially say...it is time I finally clean my car of all its beach gear and extra clothes and towels...and accept the fact that we likely will NOT be swimming again 'til next summer.

We took Jonah to see his first movie in the theatre this morning. He's been talking about seeing a movie on the 'big screen' ever since I explained to him what it was about a month ago. He still is a little sensitive to 'scary' parts in movies, so we figured The Wiggles would be a good choice (for him!) for a first movie. A little annoying, yes, but...not scary in the least! (for a 3 year old anyways. for us, however...yikes.) Anyways. It was almost an hour and a half long, and...I think all 3 of us would have been satisfied after 45 minutes, but...we stuck it out 'til the very end, then headed into town to experience some of our outdoor Farm Market. We were a little nostalgic of NYC, walking around downtown this morning, with face-painting and balloon-twisting and yummy smelling varieties of food to buy on the street...it was nice. And much less crowded than NYC, that's for sure. I got a hair cut, and now the boys are both napping, and...I am about to join them once I hit 'publish post'...

Almost 28 weeks along. I know. I'm huge. People seem to feel free to tell me that, too. But...whatever, there's a human being inside me.
